Toronto Pearson Airport Pick Up Procedure

TERMINAL # 1

1. After collecting your luggage and clearing customs please proceed to “POST A” (Pre Arranged Taxi/Limo Post at Terminal 1).

2. We will have a car reserved for your under Your Name under our Company Name “Ride In Style Inc”.

3. Please give this information to the officer/Commissionaire in the booth, they will call us and your car will arrive in next 2-3 minutes.

TERMINAL # 3

1. After collecting your luggage and clearing customs please proceed to “POST A(Inside the airport) / 7-11(Outside the airport)“ (Pre Arranged Taxi/Limo Post at Terminal 3).

2. We will have a car reserved for your under Your Name under our Company Name “Ride In Style Inc”.

3. Please give this information to the officer/Commissionaire in the booth, they will call us and your car will arrive in next 2-3 minutes.

All Rates are subject to 13% HST (Govt Tax)
Any Pre-Paid Reservation are subject to 15% Driver Gratuity
407 Toll Highway Charges are not included in the above Rates
$10 Charge per enroute stop for Towncar Sedan Transfer
$15 Charge per enroute stop for SUV Transfer
$25 Charge per enroute stop for Stretch Limousine Transfer

Toronto Airport Taxi & Limo Service Cancellation Policy & Associated Charges:

Any Changes or Cancellations are to be made 24 hours in advance prior to the scheduled pick up time or 50% fee will apply.
Any Cancellation at the time of scheduled pick up will be charged in full including taxes.
All No-Shows (Including Airport Arrivals, Meet & Greet, Took Wrong Car etc) will be charged in full including taxes.
